How much smaller will my PDF get?
It depends on what is inside. PDFs full of photos or scans often shrink by 70–90%. PDFs that are mostly text are already small and may not shrink much.
Does compressing reduce the quality of the text?
No. Text and vector graphics are not touched. Only images are resized and re-encoded.
Is there a file size limit?
No fixed limit. Because the work happens in your browser, very large files are limited only by your device’s memory.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The file stays in your browser the whole time.
